MSI Ordering Information


In order to assure compliance with sound test administration practices, all of the tests published by Nichols & Molinder Assessments, Inc. have restricted distribution and are sold only to qualified professional users in accordance with the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing. The Original MSI is available to qualified clinicians by direct purchase of the testing materials. The clinician is responsible for all aspects of the testing including interpretation. This requires that the MSI "Qualifications Form" be filled out along with the "Order Form". Then both forms must be sent (or faxed) to Nichols & Molinder Assessments, Inc. at the address below.
